Areas of Focus
I work with adults, adolescents, and families navigating:

Family Therapy

Every family has a story, and sometimes the patterns within that story can feel impossible to change from the inside.

Family therapy isn't about assigning blame or deciding who's right. It's about understanding the family system as a whole—the roles people play, the cycles that repeat, and the needs beneath the conflict. Together, we'll work in the way that best supports your family, whether that's meeting together, individually, or in smaller groups.

Whether you're supporting a child through a difficult time, navigating separation or divorce, or simply feeling disconnected, family therapy can help you find your way back to one another.

*Coaching is a future-focused service designed to support personal and professional growth. Coaching sessions are not covered by extended health insurance benefits.

Coaching

Every person has goals, dreams, and untapped potential, but self-doubt, uncertainty, or old patterns can sometimes make it difficult to move forward.

Coaching helps you gain clarity, build confidence, and take meaningful action toward the life you want to create. Together, we'll uncover what's holding you back, identify your strengths, and create practical strategies that align with your values and goals.

Whether you're navigating a career change, stepping into a new chapter, or working toward personal or professional goals, coaching provides the support and accountability to help you move forward with confidence and purpose.*

Coverage

Services provided by a Registered Social Worker are covered by most extended health benefit plans. I encourage you to check your individual policy to confirm your coverage prior to our first session.

Following each appointment, you will receive an insurance-friendly receipt containing all the information your provider requires. You can submit this directly to your insurance company for reimbursement. If you do not have extended health coverage, receipts may also be used for income tax purposes.

If cost is a barrier to accessing support but you would still like to work together, please let me know. I am happy to have that conversation with you to determine what is best moving forward.

Frequently asked questions

HOW DO I KNOW IF THERAPY IS RIGHT FOR ME?

You don't have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, navigating a life transition, struggling with anxiety or relationships, or simply wanting to better understand yourself, therapy offers a supportive space to explore what's happening beneath the surface and create meaningful change.

HOW OFTEN WILL WE MEET?

Most clients begin with weekly sessions to build momentum and establish a strong therapeutic relationship. As your needs evolve, we can adjust the frequency together based on your goals, progress, and what feels most supportive for you.
