I have always been fascinated by people.

Growing up, I was told I asked too many questions. Over time, I realized those questions were never really about finding answers, they were about understanding people.

That curiosity has taken me across more than 30 countries, into hospitals, addiction treatment centres, homelessness services, community organizations, and high-performance sport. Each experience has reinforced one belief: every person makes sense when we understand their story.

Today, I bring that same curiosity into the therapy room.

My goal isn't to tell you who you are.

It's to help you rediscover who you've always been.

WHAT THERAPY LOOKS LIKE WITH ME

Therapy is not something that happens "to" you. Its something that happens between you and another person who is fully present with you. My therapeutic approach is relational, which means I bring my authentic self into the room and invite you to do the same. When we feel safe enough to be ourselves without falling into patterns of disconnection, something shifts.

I am a pattern recognizer. I listen not just to what you are telling me, but to what lies beneath it; the meaning you are making, the themes connecting one story to the next. At the core of how I work is a deep belief that you are not broken and do not need to be fixed.

I am not a passive therapist; I balance warmth, curiosity, and compassion with directness, courage, and clarity.

I am not a passive therapist. My approach balances warmth and compassion with directness and clarity. Validation alone keeps us in insight — and real change asks us to embody something different. I will always meet you where you are, and gently encourage you to keep moving forward.

Imagine you are standing at the base of a mountain. You can see the peak, or maybe you can't. Maybe the clouds are too thick, or maybe you have tried to climb before and turned back.

This is often where clients begin.

The mountain carries the symbol of delta - the symbol of change. Change is both the only constant in life and the very thing we struggle most to navigate.

My role isn't to pull you up the mountain - it's to walk alongside you, helping you find your way back to your own internal compass. It's to show you the path when you can't see it, be there when you look back, and help you set down what no longer needs to be carried.

Through it all, you learn to trust yourself again. To move through the world with the strength, confidence and clarity that was always within you - not because the mountain got smaller, but because you got stronger.

THE MOUNTAIN

You would not scream at a plant, withhold its water, starve it of sunlight, and expect it to grow.

And yet, so many of us do exactly that to ourselves.

When we criticize, shame, and push ourselves beyond our limits, we don't thrive. Instead, our nervous system shifts into survival mode, and that fight is exhausting.

The plant in this logo is a reminder of something simple but often forgotten - what we water, we grow. This is not just poetry, it's neuroscience. When we treat ourselves with kindness, attunement, and care, our nervous system can regulate, settle, and support lasting growth.

In that way, therapy is the practice of learning to tend to your own garden. To care for yourself the way you would tend to something you love.

THE PLANT

02.

Nature has a way of reminding us of what we actually need, not what we think we need.

It grounds us, puts things in perspective, and connects us to something larger than ourselves. Water, air, earth, fire - the elements of the natural world ask nothing complicated of us. We don't always need to be "optimizing" or striving. Sometimes, what we need most is to slow down and be present enough to feel what we haven't faced.

Nature also reminds us that everything moves in cycles. Tides rise and fall. Seasons change. Nothing is wasted, and nothing, not even the hardest season, lasts forever. Our emotions are no different. They too have an ebb and flow - rising, moving through us, and passing when we allow them to.

We don't have to hold on so tightly — to our pain, our identity, our fear of change. Like the tide, what feels overwhelming in one moment will shift. It always does. The parts of your story that feel like loss or setback are not evidence that you're broken or stuck. They may be part of the cycle, but they are not the end of it.

Therapy is an invitation to return to yourself and to remember you have choice to begin anew, again.
